Vastutuse ja tunnustamise anatoomia

Iga juhi jaoks on otsustamise kohaks see, kuivõrd ja mil määral võtta vastutus oma meeskonna liikmete tegevuse tulemuslikkuse eest. Ühte ja õiget vastust sellele ei ole, nagu ei ole ühte ja õiget vastust paljudele psühholoogiasse puutuvatele küsimustele. Kuid ometigi saab näidata, millest tuleneb vastutuse määra võtmine, miks on üldinimlik pigem loobuda vastutusest kui seda soovida. Ja miks on nii, et iha täiuslikkuse järele ei vii sugugi täiuslikkuseni.

When working as General Manager in Enics Eesti, the company’s output, sales and personnel were growing fast. There was a lot of new persons as well as new international customers.

We decided to train our managers, engineers, specialists and team leaders.
